TWSH is a full-service luxury home design firm dedicated to creating and improving homes according to our client's needs and desires. Founded in 1993, there have been many changes over the past 3 decades but the craftsmanship and commitment to excellence that Tom started and taught, remain.

The Lady Who Livens Up the Luxury...
The nonstop blonde behind the builds is Ashley Cogdell. Running on Sonic Dr. Peppers and prayer, she wrangles 5 babies (her dogs) and is the full-time chaos coordinator for all things TWSH. Let's just say she's never bored. With a bold vision for our homes and an even bolder personality, she keeps it interesting. Her love for this industry and her dedication to design details are what makes our homes stand out. Any builder can build a house, Ashley can create your dream custom home.
